Analysis on the characteristics of Sanhe ink series products (II)

-- swm-pvc printing ink

usage description

SWM PVC printing ink is suitable for PVC blanket and rubber products, such as inflatable toys, table mats, handbags, leather bags, shoes and various containers

product specification

1, viscosity (25 degrees) p

2, fineness: less than 10u

3. Main solvent: ketone solvent

4. Diluting solvent: medium dry, slow dry, ultra slow dry

5. Ink: dilution solvent =1:0.4-0.6

characteristics

1. Good gloss, color concentration, force measuring lever calibration, tensile testing machine. The actual state is shown in Figure 1, high degree and bright color

2. High transparency and good color effect

3. Excellent printing performance

instructions and precautions

1. It is suitable for silk printing with more than 200 meshes. The lower the mesh, the lower the ink viscosity

2. When it is suitable for silk printing with more than 200 meshes, the thicker the ink, the longer the drying time

3. For PVC tapes with softer and better transparency or bright surfaces, pay more attention to complete drying to avoid lamination and mutual adhesion

4. When printing fine patterns, slow drying diluent should be used, and attention should be paid to lengthening the drying time

5. For toy products, we must pay attention to the use of qualified products containing medium metals

-- stq-e series polyester ink

Introduction

stq-e series is a medium gloss solvent ink, which is used for the printing of untreated/and treated polyester film PET, polycarbonate PC and PVC film. These printed films can be used in membrane switch or nameplate industry

stq-e ink provides excellent adhesion, softness, abrasion resistance and surface hardness, which is suitable for convex forming. It can resist the adhesion test of cellophane tape, and can resist solvents, oils, alcohol, gasoline and other chemicals. Stq-e ink is suitable for semi-automatic or full-automatic high-speed printing

all stq-e inks not only meet the requirements of lightweight, but also are produced by pigments that do not contain heavy metals such as lead, whether they are transparent or highly opaque, and pass the SGS test standard

application range

membrane switches, nameplates and panels in the electronic field

matrix (substrate)

untreated/and treated polyester PET, polycarbonate PC and PVC film

mesh

in order to achieve the maximum color intensity (i.e. brightness), it is better to use t (mesh) polyester monofilament. If it is used for printing delicate details, t (mesh) polyester monofilament is preferred

photosensitive emulsion

all types of oily photosensitive emulsion are applicable (including capillary film)

ink thinner

when using stq-e series inks, special solvents should be selected to make the printing pattern clear. Nano porous silicon thermal insulation material is a new use of nanotechnology in the field of thermal insulation materials, which is clear and lifelike (especially the printing of exquisite details). % stq-e-425 diluent or stq-e-426 slow drying diluent can be used according to the ambient temperature and printing conditions. Diluent and ink must be mixed evenly

scraper

polyurethane scraper with shore hardness is used. The important work of hardness is also that the higher the anti bribery, the better the printing effect of fine details or fine lines

ink coverage

using 120t (300 mesh) mesh, printing square meters per kilogram of ink

drying

drying is particularly important for thoroughly drying prints and eliminating residual solvents. It takes seconds for stq-e series inks to be dried by blowing at degrees Celsius, and minutes for natural air drying (air drying)

ink test

ink test must be carried out before printing:

1. Within 24 hours after trial printing, whether the ink is applicable must be tested

2. If the product needs overprint (such as multicolor overprint), the compatibility between the ink and the ink on the substrate should be tested

packaging

ink 1kg, 4kg, 20kg

diluent 3kg, 6kg
